A graduate of the University of Maryland, the Community College of the Air Force, and
the Defense Language Institute, Steve Tyler has completed training with the Department of Defense in intelligence collection. He served 12 years in the U.S. Air Force and 7 years with the National Security Agency, contributing significantly to national security and intelligence initiatives.

His career includes 15 years in the oil and gas industry, 13 years in renewable energy,
and 4 years specifically in the commercial solar sector.

Building on this extensive experience, Steve founded JT & S with the goal of providing
sustainable land development and infrastructure solutions. This company is a reflection of his commitment to environmental responsibility, technical precision, and excellence in service.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is most proud of his 30-year journey as a dedicated father to six sons, which has been a deeply rewarding part of his life.
With a foundation in Administrative Technology and Marketing, Melinda has been closely connected to the energy sector from an early age, gaining valuable insights and experience. She joined JT & S Energy in August 2023, bringing a deep commitment to
the industry and a strong belief in the impactful work done. Her professional journey over the past decade has also encompassed property management and digital marketing, experiences that have refined my skills and enriched her perspective in this field.
Joe brings over two decades of experience in construction management, electrical systems, communications, and security operations. He has successfully overseen large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and delivering tailored client solutions. His background includes directing field operations, managing installation crews, and ensuring compliance on high-profile fiber optic infrastructure projects. For more than a decade, Joe specialized in enterprise-level security systems—leading design, installation, and integration efforts across a wide range of industries. He also has experience managing distribution center operations, overseeing logistics, and supporting electrical equipment distribution. Earlier in his career, he worked as a lead technician, gaining hands-on expertise in system installations and troubleshooting. Joe’s career began in the United States Air Force, where he served as a Communications Systems Controller. During this time, he developed advanced skills in communications infrastructure, system reliability, and mission-critical operations—capabilities that continue to shape his civilian career today.
